Our Capital Structure

As at 26 September 2009 the following securities in Atlantic Gold are on issue:

• 377,232,569 fully paid ordinary shares
   
• 30,286,342 partly paid ordinary shares issued at 20 cents per share and currently paid to 9 cents per share with 11 cents payable. No more than 2 cents per share can be called in any 6 month period.
   
• 24,144,138 listed options exercisable at 8 cents no later than 31 January 2011
   
• 7,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at 15 cents no later than 27 December 2009
   
• 4,550,000 unlisted options issued under the Director/Employee Share Option Plan exercisable at 15 cents no later than 22 August 2010
   
• 2,000,000 unlisted options issued under the Director/Employee Share Option Plan exercisable at 15.5 cents no later than 28 August 2012
  
 
• 400,000 unlisted employee options exercisable at 15 cents no later than
  14 October 2010
